and there are those who hadn't found the speaking so wrong
so i got the eraser remix album back in january... but i didn't listen to it until tonight, haha. you know how it is, you just have to feel up to it sometimes.
but i am glad that i did because it is excellent! these are really quality remixes. i mean, not that i was doubting, but it's so easy to start expecting shitty techno when you hear the word "remix." but no, these are truly well crafted, and i loved the CD from the first song. the remixes keep the spirit of the old songs and add in cool and new things that work really well and enhance the vocals, instead of just laying the vocals over shitty techno. yes, i have been scarred for life by bad remixes. and i think they all work in and with thom yorke's vocal cadences really well, and it's just superb.
i don't mean to be so hype when i talk about music, haha... i always feel like i'm stretching my superlative vocabulary. but i just love music, and good music can make you feel so good, it's hard not to get excited.
miki and i went to get her phone replaced tonight... that's #3 of this model, hahaha. good times, good times.
